At Fit2gether HFX, we offer various boot camp options, personal and group training sessions, and running groups to help new and advanced runners train for marathons. There is something for everyone, and our group training located in locations around in HRM (Halifax Regional Municipality) gives an opportunity to get fit all around town.
F2G Running Group
Location: Bedford
Duration: 8 weeks
Schedule:
Tuesday: 6pm-7pm (Speed work, hill work)
Saturday: 8am-9pm (long tempo runs)
Cost: $150 tax inc (8 weeks) or $20.00 Drop in
Experience the runners high with a friendly and supportive group of runners. This program is designed increase your cardio, learn proper running form, meet new people and crush your running goals! Everyone is a runner you just need some guidance to help you realize it!
Outdoor Boot Camp

Wednesday and Friday 5:45-6:45AM

Breath in the fresh air from the sea as we push through a high intensity boot camp workout! This class is lead by a professional fitness instructor who will give you a mix of cardio, strength and mobility in every workout! Yes we know it is early, but as the saying goes "the early bird gets the worm" or in this case "the early riser gets the results".

Monday and Wednesday 11-12pm

This class is perfect for those moms who want to get back into exercise and meet new moms. Led by a professional personal trainer, this class is designed to increase strength, mobility and achieve your fitness goals.
Cranky baby? No problem, your trainer also loves babies and will sooth them as you push through your workout!
